Multiple Projects (Alliance Agreement)

•    This relationship began with the design and construction management of a plant expansion which housed a freezer, a cooler and a new manufacturing process (a $14MM project completed in 8 months).
•    Based on the successful implementation of the project, an alliance agreement was negotiated with P&G.  Multiple process and facility improvement projects were executed
•    Other projects included packaging, process and utility upgrades
