Office Building Refurbishment Project

•    Construction management services for the refurbishment of a 7-story, 65,000 sf office building.
•    Replaced another general contractor previously awarded the project which resulted in an approximate 10% savings in project cost.
•    The project entailed the complete re-build of a 48 year building. The building was demolished to its concrete shell and was updated and refurbished.
•    The project scope of work included a new electrical service, unique mechanical equipment (furnished by Daikin) which fit into a very limited interstitial space, structural modifications, new lobbies, site improvements, and a new building façade.  Newly-built common areas and egress areas brought the building into compliance with current building codes and City of Raleigh requirements.
