•    Design-build execution of a $15MM, 225,000sf green field facility that manufactured sterile surgical “kits” for the healthcare industry.
•    Areas constructed included a 30,000 sf class 100,000 clean room, 150,000 sf warehouse, QA/QC lab, cross dock, 30,000 sf office/locker/break/ training area and conference center areas.
•    Total project duration of 10 months (from the start of planning to construction completion).
